Memberships are required yearly and always expire on December 31st, no matter when the membership was purchased.

An individual youth member must have written consent by a parent or legal guardian to participate in the activities of the club if the parent or guardian is not a member. The parent, legal guardian or designated adult must accompany the youth member to all horse activities the member participates in with the club.
